It’s fascinating to see the number of UK creative agencies who claim to have a London office yet are clearly based elsewhere in the country.
Does this work?
Does a perceived London presence really add that much gravitas to one’s offering?
Is it a lie that is easy to maintain once proper engagement with a client begins?
What will people pay to get a London address and what what sort of facilities do these ‘virtual offices’ really offer?
For the record, we are based in central Leicester which is a one hour train ride from St Pancras International. I bet we can reach many of our London clients in the time it takes them to get to work in the morning!
